With National Dental Plan, you pay no interest ever, and you only need to make a small deposit on the day. For first time users, you will need to pay an establishment fee of $70 to set up your account, but this can also be spread over the term of your payment plan! Afterwards, the repeat purchase fee will only be $29.
The only recurring cost you will experience is an $8 monthly fee for the duration of your plan, but keep in mind that you can make additional repayments at anytime or pay your plan out early with absolutely no penalties.

Yes, when you start your payment plan, the standard deposit amount may vary from 0% – 20%. However, if you are a humm VIP customer, you may be approved for a lower deposit amount, all the way down to 0%!
If you do not have sufficient funds in your nominated account, the Direct Debit will be reattempted on the same day that the bank notifies us that it has been unsuccessful. If the payment is unsuccessful again, we will then attempt to contact you via phone, email, SMS and post to re-establish your payment plan.
Our application process is simple, efficient, and only takes a few minutes to complete. Before you start, all you need is a bank account or credit card, and you must meet our basic criteria:
• 18 years of age or older.
• Have a permanent job of 20+ hours per week or are on an aged or veteran’s pension.
• Meet our credit assessment criteria.
• Are permanent resident in Australia.
• Have a valid mobile number.
From there you can apply directly through the humm mobile app, or through reception at your dental clinic.
